- No unrelated advertising material inside customer shipments.
- Technical and compliance documentation appropriate to the product and destination market.
Important: Direct fulfilment does not remove the seller's obligations toward European customers. Our partner agreements therefore need clear responsibility for delivery, damage, returns, documentation and product compliance.
